Reservation and payment
A reservation will be validated after payment of an amount of 30% of the total reservation.
The balance of the reservation must be paid at least 60 days before the start date of the stay.
Minimum Stay: 7 nights.
Bail
A deposit of €3000 by check must be provided on arrival as a security deposit intended to cover possible rental damages.
Rental damage includes any damage or deterioration of the accommodation, as well as damage, loss, or theft caused to the movable property furnishing the accommodation, during the rental period.
In the absence of rental damage, the check will be immediately returned 10 days after departure, in case there are hidden defects not noted when the tenants leave.
In the event of rental damage, the security deposit will be refunded within a maximum period of 2 months, and the expenses incurred to repair the damage suffered deducted, supporting justifications and invoices.
Housing occupancy
The accommodation can only be occupied by the number of people stipulated in the contract: 8 people.
Transfer or sublease
This seasonal rental contract is concluded for the sole benefit of the Lessee signatory hereto. The transfer of the lease, total or partial subletting, is strictly prohibited.

Check-in and Check-out time
Accommodation is available from 4 p.m.
Accommodation must be vacated no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Terms of cancelation
If canceled up to 90 days before the arrival date, no fees are charged. 50% of the amount of the stay will be charged in the event of cancellation up to 45 days before arrival and in the event of cancellation within 45 days before arrival, the entire reservation as compensation is due.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
Non-refundable rates (if available)
Non-refundable rates require mandatory prepayment at the time of booking. These prices cannot be modified and cannot be canceled.
No-Show
In the case of a no-show, the entire reservation as compensation is invoiced. A no-show represents a reservation that does not show up on the day of arrival and until noon the next day. No-show reservations are automatically canceled.
Animals
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the villa. An additional cleaning fee of 500 euros will be taken from the deposit if the tenants have obviously smoked inside the villa.
Taxes
A government tax per person per day must be paid by guests at the start of their stay.
Cleaning
A cleaning fee of 160 Euros per stay is mandatory and payable when booking the stay. The accommodation must nevertheless be returned in a reasonable state of cleanliness.
Dispute
In the event of a dispute between the tenant and Villa Noyana, without the possibility of an amicable settlement, the consumer may seize either one of the territorially competent courts under the code of civil procedure or the jurisdiction of the place where he resided. at the time of the conclusion of the contract or the occurrence of the damaging event.
Right to retract
The consumer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal
